Project Guidelines:

• Put all project materials in their own directory.
• Review readings and class work to ensure you have used what applies to your project.
• However, resist putting something in just because you know how to do it. I am looking for how effectively you use ideas from class.
• Aim for readable HTML code, indenting and spacing as needed (e.g. for tables and lists).
• Use a style sheet for as much of the formatting as practical.
• I recommend that you run your code and CSS through the validators.
• I also recommend you try your site in IE and Netscape

Project Documentation: This can be in any format you wish, but should be accessible from your homepage. You might wish to point out what principles you are using or why you made a particular decision. Include

• Objective
• Target audience
• Sources of content
• Architecture
• Considerations for navigation and page design
• Typography
• Graphics and multimedia
• Site evaluation plan, report of the test results, and description of the resulting changes
• Maintenance plans and suggestions for further growth
