SelectTools for Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP)

This is a specification for changes in a program that provides the user with performance characteristics for a particular air conditioning product. It was writen for the group writing the code by Ron Morfei, the program manager at McQuay in Auburn. It represents about 80 - 100 hours work which included interviewing users, product managers, engineers, and the programmers.

You might note the following.
  1. It is aimed at the developers, not the customer.
  2. It differs from new development in that it documents an evolving program.
  3. It defines the complete product, but indicates to the developers what the changes are by Modified, New function added, and lines through deleted material.
  4. Revision history.
